Aboard the Takeena, we have the ability to get off the main thoroughfare used by the day-boats and cruise ships. We access and explore pristine wilderness areas with rare to no traffic. Some of these areas are rarely visited and exploring the bays, islets, and beaches is a real treat! Taking a short stroll in these places often yields a wealth of photographic experiences and sometimes a treasure to take home as reminder of the special place.

We often visit several natural hot springs in the area, have beach fires in pure wilderness on proper evenings, and enjoy relaxing paddling through the many islands and coves. The beauty of our area is that none of the excursions are ever the same!
