At 65', the M/V Takeena is built to deliver you and your shipmates comfortably and safely into the hard-to-get-to bays and secret coves that make Southeast Alaska so special….
The M/V Takeena is a 65’ aluminum ocean cruising vessel. She is rigged with state-of-the-art navigational electronics and sports a reliable power source of twin John Deere diesel engines.
The M/V Takeena has a very comfortable ride with great visibility to all passengers through large marine-grade windows and due to height above waterline. She has a full-sized galley complete with gas range, full-sized oven, fridge and multiple freezers for stowing away the day’s catch. While the kitchen is in use, clientele can lounge about the salon at two dinner tables with surround seating and a fully stocked cocktail bar within arm’s reach. The main cabin also sports a full bathroom complete with sink, shower, and marine head.
Below decks, the main lower deck aft of the forward bulkhead has 3 staterooms each containing two cozy bunks and private storage below. Each stateroom is complete with sink and wardrobe, and a full bath across the hall.
Fore of the forward bulkhead are the crew quarters shared by captain and crew. This has a private access to the wheelhouse for ease of use and is also complete with shower, sink, and marine head.
The aft deck is a spacious fishing space and also allows access to the foredeck above the bow for wildlife viewing and scenic photography or just hanging out enjoying oneself en route to the next destination.
